EXCEL COURIER INTRODUCES NEW MOBILE APP FOR CUSTOMER’S IMMEDIATE USE

 

Excel Courier welcomes you to take advantage of our FREE new mobile app, hyperSHIP! To improve your experience, this mobile application will allow you to enter new shipments in just 9 seconds and receive real-time information anytime and anywhere.

hyperSHIP features:

  • Runs on all major platforms including iPhone (iOS), Android, Windows Phone and Windows Mobile
  • User friendly order-entry system
  • All of your pickup and delivery information is conveniently saved and quick to select
  • Receive a price quote before completing your order
  • The option of paying when you order or paying later
  • Easily return to hyperSHIP to receive real-time tracking

To get started:

  • You will need to download hyperSHIP from your App Store, Play Store, or Windows Store and have your current online login information

  • After opening the app, enter the Install Key, “excel”, and on the following page enter your current online login information
  • Once you are logged in there are three options: New Order, Track Order and Logoff
  • New order – Provide your name and contact information then select delivery type, service, vehicle, type of package, weight, pickup time, delivery time and any additional instructions
  • Continue to the next page where you will receive a price quote
  • Confirm price quote or go back to edit your order
  • Once the price is confirmed, you are provided an Order Tracking ID
  • If changes need to be made after you have received your tracking ID, please call Customer Service at 703-478-0140
  • At this point, you can review all of your placed orders from your phone or computer
