Job Summary
As a Client Services Representative you will monitor EDI, fax, email, and web portals. You will communicate with current, and potential customers, enter job orders, monitor job progress, and report back to clients when necessary.   Teamwork is paramount.  Together with our dispatchers you will ensure deliveries meet client specifications and timelines.  You will organize client paperwork, assist in the billing process, and adhere to client specifications. You may also perform basic clerical duties.  We operate 24/7/365.  Hours will include evenings Monday through Friday.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent

Helpful Experience
Call center office experience
High volume business to business client service experience

Additional Eligibility Requirements
Satisfactory completion of background screening and drug screening. Once you’re on-board we’ll have you complete HIPAA training, Bloodborne Pathogen training, and TSA training.
