At Excel Courier, we're committed to empowering our team to excel in their roles and beyond. That's why we've launched the FUNctions with Fil biweekly training course led by our Controller, Phil. This voluntary course is designed to equip the Excel Courier team with the essential Microsoft Excel skills to make work easier, faster, and more efficient inside and outside the office [insert Excel learning Excel joke here]. 

Starting from the Ground Up

Our FUNtions with Fil course begins with the basics, ensuring everyone is on the same page. 

We follow our e-learning management courses to cover fundamental navigation techniques and lay the groundwork for understanding basic formulas. Then, we'll gradually build on that foundation, exploring more advanced techniques and tips.

Learning Together, Growing Together

In just our second class, we've already witnessed significant progress. The course has expanded from a small conference room to a dedicated training space, reflecting the growing enthusiasm and participation. To ensure accessibility and knowledge sharing, we're documenting the processes and techniques learned throughout the sessions. This allows anyone, regardless of their starting point, to jump in at any time and benefit from the collective learning experience.

Our two-month Excel spreadsheet course has officially wrapped up! We’re incredibly proud of our participants for dedicating their time to mastering this valuable tool. By enhancing their Excel skills, our employees are now better equipped to tackle their daily tasks efficiently and accurately. As a token of our appreciation, each participant received an Amazon gift card, and one lucky winner walked away with an Excel spreadsheet shortcut keyboard mat. This course has been a resounding success, and we look forward to offering similar opportunities in the future to continue fostering a culture of professional development and growth.
